What to include

If something broke, it helps to know:

• What you were doing when it happened
• Your device and iOS version
• The venue or place involved, if there was one

What we can help with

• Account and login issues
• A recommendation that missed badly
• Wrong or outdated venue information
• Location and permissions
• Bugs and crashes
• Deleting your account or your data

Venue information

Venue details in Sauntr — names, addresses, hours, descriptions — come from Google. If something is wrong, tell us and we'll look into it, though corrections often need to be made at the source.

Privacy and your data

To request access to your data, correct it, or delete it, email dgc@sauntr.co with the email address on your account. We respond to privacy requests within 45 days.

You can also delete your account directly in the app. See /delete-account.
