Agreement to Our Legal Terms

We are Forest Complex 88 LLC, doing business as Sauntr ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), a company registered in New York, United States, at 57 Downing Road, Pleasant Valley, NY 12569.

We operate the website https://www.sauntr.co (the "Site"), the Sauntr mobile application (the "App"), and related products and services (collectively, the "Services"). Sauntr helps users find places to go and things to do when they are traveling without a plan.

These Legal Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Forest Complex 88 LLC concerning your access to and use of the Services. If you do not agree with all of these Legal Terms, you are expressly prohibited from using the Services and must discontinue use immediately.

We will provide prior notice of scheduled changes to the Services you are using. Modified Legal Terms become effective when posted or when we notify you by email. Continuing to use the Services after changes become effective means you accept the modified terms.

The Services are intended for users who are at least 18 years old. Persons under 18 are not permitted to use or register for the Services.

The Services are provided to help users discover places to go and activities to enjoy while traveling without a plan. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time.

We own or license all intellectual property rights in the Services, including source code, databases, functionality, software, designs, audio, video, text, photographs, graphics, trademarks, service marks, and logos (collectively, the "Content" and "Marks").

The Content and Marks are protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws in the United States and around the world. They are provided "AS IS" for your personal, non-commercial use or internal business purpose only.

Subject to your compliance with these Legal Terms, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access the Services and download or print portions of Content to which you have properly gained access, solely for personal, non-commercial use or internal business purposes. No other use is permitted without our express prior written permission. We reserve all rights not expressly granted to you.

3. User Representations

By using the Services, you represent and warrant that your information is true, accurate, current, and complete; you have the legal capacity to agree to these Legal Terms; you will not use automated or non-human means to access the Services; you will not use the Services for an illegal or unauthorized purpose; and your use will not violate applicable law or regulation.

16. Limitations of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. OUR LIABILITY for any cause will be limited to $100.00 USD, except where applicable law does not permit such limitations.

17. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Forest Complex 88 LLC and its affiliates, officers, agents, partners, and employees from claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Services, breach of these Legal Terms, or violation of third-party rights.

18. User Data

We may maintain data transmitted to the Services to manage performance and usage. You are solely responsible for data you transmit, and we are not liable for loss or corruption of that data.

No joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship is created by these Legal Terms or your use of the Services.
